As Coronavirus remains a prominent issue in the greater Charlotte area, we have developed new policies to keep our customers safe and healthy at our Concord store location to better serve you.
- True Care will prioritize convenience and efficiency by primarily fulfilling medication needs via Delivery or Drive-Thru access to minimize any possible exposure.
- The lobby is now open! Facial coverings such as masks are required for entry. If unable to wear a mask please utilize our free, same day delivery service or our drive thru
- Our website offers a seamless “Rx Refill” button so you can easily notify us of your prescription needs. Prescription refills can also be phoned in by patients.
- To increase efficiency, we will call you when your medications are ready. You may pick them up in the Drive-Thru or we would be happy to deliver them to you.
- Routine cleaning has been enhanced for everyone’s safety and has been ongoing throughout the pandemic

Saturday
