Pharmacist
We’re Looking for…
A highly motivated leader and pharmacist for a full-time pharmacist position with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
Your duties:
- Workflow management
- Personnel management
- Inventory management
- Quality prescription verification
- Meeting immediate patient needs including:
- Patient consultations
- Immunization administration
- Problem solving patient concerns
- Medication therapy management
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, within the state(s), as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program
- Immunization-certification through APhA and CPR-certified through an accredited, state-approved organization

Pharmacy Technicians
We’re Looking for…
A full-time Pharmacy Technician at our TrueCare Pharmacy Concord location who is enthusiastic, outgoing, personalized, and willing to learn alongside our licensed Pharmacists.
Your duties:
- Assist the Pharmacist in serving our customers to ensure they have an unparalleled pharmacy experience
- Manage the Pharmacy, Sales Floor, and DME departments and be willing to answer questions
- Assist with inventory management and phone calls
- Acknowledges and abides by the corporate policies and state and federal laws

DME Technicians
We’re Looking for…
A full-time DME Technician at our TrueCare Pharmacy Concord location who is skilled in salesmanship, communication, organization, and willing to learn alongside our licensed Pharmacists and Technicians.
Your duties:
- Assist the Pharmacist in serving our customers to ensure they have an unparalleled
pharmacy experience in our DME departments - 1+ years of experience in a customer service role required and healthcare industry
experience is preferred - Acknowledges and abides by the corporate policies and state and federal laws

Delivery Driver
We’re Looking for…
A full-time Delivery Driver at our TrueCare Pharmacy Concord location who is personable, outgoing, timely, and willing to learn alongside our licensed Pharmacists and Technicians. This individual will guarantee prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of medications to our community.
Your duties:
- As the face of TrueCare Pharmacy, you will interact with customers to ensure the delivery process goes smoothly
- Execute payment processing, signature, and receipt
- Abides by HIPPA patient confidentiality and Medicare policies regarding deliveries
- Flexibility to drive to and from delivery locations
- Knowledge of the greater Charlotte area
- Keeps track of mileage and gas receipts for reimbursement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personable Customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

A full-time Drug Clerk at our TrueCare Pharmacy Concord location who is skilled in salesmanship, communication, organization, and willing to learn alongside our licensed Pharmacists and Technicians.
Your duties:
- Assist the Pharmacist and Pharmacist Technician in serving our customers to ensure they have an unparalleled pharmacy experience
- Manage the Pharmacy, Sales Floor, and DME departments and be willing to answer questions
- Assist with inventory management and phone calls
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Acknowledges and abides by the corporate policies and state and federal laws
